Biolocation

We invite you to receive training

A.F. Panov was engaged in the study in the field of biolocation. The result of his work was a unique method of teaching biolocation that is easy to learn and very efficient in ones daily life. According to A. F. Panova the method of biolocation can be mastered by anybody. The system of Panova can develop in you extremely strong intuition, restore the lost connection with nature, teach you to feel approaching danger and evade them, and teach you to make the right choices in critical situations. The method is based on ancient knowledge about biolocation developed by the Chinese in the form of gymnastics called Tai chi chuan and modern energy-information technology. In our office at the Gallery of Nanotechnologies we have class signups. The classes are taught by Academician A. F. Panov himself. For more information about the course, as well as on the purchase of the book «A Fresh Look at Biolocation» contact us.

History

The first mention in the literature about dowsing refers to an ancient manuscript, accompanied by an engraving, which depicts a dowser (2100 BC). The mention of this also occurs by Pliny Senior (1 century BC), Paracelsus (1493 — 1541) A. F. Mesmer (1734 — 1815), Etc. This phenomenon was widely and successfully used in the Middle Ages, when searching for ore deposits in the Czech Republic, Germany and France. According to popular belief, the flourishing of Western Europe came through the development of natural resources, discovered in particular with the help of vines and the pendulum (15 — 18 centuries AD). To search for water a water searching wand was used and since ancient times is still used today in arid areas of India, Ceylon and other countries. In 1911, in Hanover, the first Congress was convened on the problem of the biolocation effect and was organized by the International Union of Dowsers. In 1913 Paris hosted the Second International Congress of Experimental Psychology, in which a commission of scientists of various scientific backgrounds tested about 100 people who reported their ability to seek iron ore, water and void. The findings, read as follows: a phenomenon undoubtedly exists, but in order to avoid quackery it is needed to increase the demands of the job and inspect those wishing to look for water and ore using the methods of dowsing. From the work of Brooks and King it is known that during the First World War parts of the German army had a special dowser with the task of finding underground water to suit the needs of the army. Since 1932 dowsing with vines became formal trained in the military engineering school of Versailles. In Russia, the publication of brochures about the possibility of a «water seeking wand» refers to the top of the 20th century. For more information refer to the works of professors of the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, I. A. Kashkarova and the small brochures of, V. A. Guskov, A. I. Efremov, and I. I. Ginzburg. Dowsing to find water was included in the manual for commanders of the Red Army. At the second All-Union Geophysical Conference, held in Moscow in early 1944 Professor G. V. Bogomolov delivered a speech asking the geophysicists in the crowd for help in the physical explanation of the dowsing methods of the Soviet Army. In 1967 The Ministry of Geology of the USSR organized a meeting on dowsing involving eight institutions, which have proven the terms «bio-physical effect” and “biophysical technique” and were encouraged to hold a workshop with participation of all groups working on this issue in the Soviet Union, and help approve the research program . The first all inclusive Soviet Union Seminar on Biophysical energy was held in 1968. At this seminar the research program was approved and a committee was established regarding this issue. Since then, twelve more seminars have been held. Now the method of biolocation is successfully applied in the areas of archeology, geology, construction and many other areas of the economy. With the help of biolocation people search for oil, gas, ore deposits, and all sorts of underground utilities. Sometimes this method is used to search for people missing during avalanches, buried under the ruins of buildings after earthquakes.

Present

In 1992 Russia declared a federal program dedicated to the «Ecological Safety of Russia», in which some of the topics envisaged the study of the biolocation effect. Senior Researcher of JSC «Research Institute of Energy Structures», Ph.D. B. Boltunov, conducted research on a given topic, as a result of which he was able to establish the physical meaning of the biolocation effect, develop a mathematical apparatus describing the effect, and propose techniques of biophysical profiling. Such elaboration allowed biolocation to go from the field of magic and mysticism to a field of science. It also allowed us to conclude: firstly, that there is an energy information exchange in the Earth – Space system. Secondly, the biolocation effect is an objectively existing phenomenon of nature and refers to the area of field information. The forms of framework used in biolocation have no special significance, since the main element of this system is the person himself, because ones body is in itself a conduit of information. Biolocation is only one way of separation from the world’s information field, local information about an object or entity,(regardless of what it is, and where it is) due to the mood with which the biolocation is operating. Moreover, in advanced stages of mastering the methods of biolocation one becomes aware of information around him and has the ability to adjust it in the past, present and future.
Panov A. F. developed a universal method, which enables us to determine the correct answer in any sphere of life. This method is described in detail in his book,»A Fresh Look at Biolocation”. There, the author describes how to move from the use of a realistic framework to a virtual frame. Having mastered the universal biolocation method using the virtual framework, the person acquires an opportunity to receive correct information from the surrounding space, without attracting too much attention. Moreover, assuming that each person has their own energy field with major energy centers, and has at least the makings of extrasensory perception (intuition), we can conclude that the master of bilocation can be done by anyone with a little aspiration.

In summer 2009 academician A. F. Panov published his book «Biolocation in a new light» in which he explains in complete detail his unique method of mastering biolocation amidst urban society as well as tells about his patented scientific research results and their practical use.
